Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in serving food and beverage and following proper table service guidelines.
• Ability to work autonomously and provide exceptional customer service.
• Motivated and results-driven with a win-together mentality.

Responsibilities

• Serves assigned seating section in a professional and gracious manner.
• Provides detailed information on menu items using knowledge of food and culinary terminology.
• Uses knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits and service procedures.
• Interacts graciously with guests and handles multiple duties simultaneously.
• Participates in daily pre-shift meetings and follows shift procedures.
• Adheres to POS procedures and payment methods; maintains sales accuracy.
• Performs pre- and post-shift, daily and weekly duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Lifts and moves objects up to 35 pounds as needed.
• Keeps restaurant and workstation clean and organized.
• Maintains hygiene standards: clean uniform, hair, nails; stay contamination-free.
• Punches in/out for shifts; follows schedule changes.
• Plans lunch breaks and punches accordingly; coordinates time off with management.
