Qualifications

• English fluency and U.S. work authorization required

Responsibilities

• Create a wonderful dining experience with extensive knowledge of food, wine, and beverages
• Communicate orders to kitchen via POS and anticipate guest needs
• Deliver and clear guest meals and assist guests during service
• Upsell wine and food to meet department goals
• Close guest checks accurately and process payments
• Follow health, safety, and Four Seasons service standards
• Provide courteous, prompt service to every guest
