The Crescent Hotels Group is hiring a Restaurant Server Assistant for the JW Marriott Reston Station Residences grand opening this Fall. Join our opening team at a luxury hotel along the Silver Line, ready to deliver refined hospitality and guest-first service.

You will assist with guest orders, side work, menu questions, and POS operations while maintaining presentation and quality. This entry-level role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English and provide friendly service.
• Strong team player with a welcoming attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk and carry items; able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Take and serve guest orders promptly according to service standards.
• Set up dining and side work as assigned.
• Answer guest questions about the menu.
• Operate POS system where applicable.
• Ensure dishes are presented at correct temperature and portion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
