Job summary

Paws Up Montana in Greenough, MT, seeks a Senior Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations across the Main Village outlets (Pomp, Trough, Tank). You will develop Restaurant Managers and Supervisors, ensure luxury service standards, and partner with Culinary and other departments to optimize guest experiences and staffing.

Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you will drive talent development, scheduling, and continuous improvement while upholding Forbes-level hospitality

Qualifications

• Five or more years in food and beverage with at least two years leading managers.
• Luxury resort and multi-outlet experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining, beverage service, Forbes-style hospitality, staffing and scheduling, and guest recovery.
• Proficiency with POS, reservations, reporting tools, and Silverware/Maestro.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, evaluate, and hold Restaurant Managers and Supervisors accountable for performance and standards.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and development planning with staff.
• Identify high-potential employees and develop internal successors for leadership
• Establish a consistent management training framework across outlets.
• Coordinate with Culinary and other departments to align dining programs and guest experiences.
• Oversee service flow, reservations, pacing, and presentation across outlets; maintain floor presence during critical periods.
• Prepare seasonal and annual staffing and hiring recommendations for leadership approval.
• Lead quality reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
