Paws Up Montana is seeking a Senior Restaurant Manager to lead front‑of‑house operations across multiple outlets. Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you will develop managers, maintain Forbes‑level hospitality, and partner with culinary and resort teams to elevate guest experiences.

You will oversee staffing, service standards, and daily operations while ensuring seamless seasonal transitions and strong leadership continuity across outlets Pomp, Trough and Tank.

Qualifikationen

• Five or more years in food and beverage, with 2+ years leading managers or supervisors.
• Ability to develop managers, coach teams, manage performance and resolve conflicts.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining, luxury hospitality, staffing and scheduling.
• Proficiency with POS, PMS/reservation workflows, reporting tools and Office.
• Good judgment, communication, attention to detail, and professional presentation.
• Valid driver’s license and food-safety and responsible-alcohol certifications.

• Lead and develop Restaurant Managers and Supervisors for peak seasons.
• Drive Forbes-level hospitality across multiple outlets with luxury standards.
