Experience in fine dining, strong wine knowledge, and ability to manage scheduling and cost controls are essential.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of progressive restaurant leadership in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Strong ability to lead service confidently and develop a dependable team.
• Solid wine-service knowledge and guest interaction skills.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, and basic labor controls.
• Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front-of-house operations with emphasis on service execution and staff development.
• Greet guests, guide the team, take orders when needed, and resolve guest concerns with care.
• Coordinate staff across fine and casual dining outlets and ensure smooth service flow.
• Conduct pre-service briefings, communicate menus and guest priorities, and maintain standards.
• Partner with culinary leadership to align service and kitchen operations.
• Prepare schedules, review timecards, and manage scheduling to match demand.
• Support wine and beverage service, staff education, inventory, and cost control.
• Monitor sales and labor performance; recommend practical improvements.
• Coordinate special dining events with relevant teams; ensure food safety and responsible service.
