Job summary

Encore Boston Harbor is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of a designated restaurant, including staffing, inventory, guest service and KPI adherence. You will drive department strategy in line with Encore Boston Harbor standards and ensure exceptional guest and team member experiences.

Required are 5+ years in full-service restaurant roles, at least 3 in leadership, English fluency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Qualifications

• Age 21+ and MA Gaming Commission license or ability to obtain license.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in hotel/restaurant management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of full-service restaurant experience; 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong computer skills; proficiency in POS Systems, Purchasing Software, Warehouse Requisition Software, Time-Keeping Software, and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English; second language is a plus.

• Manages short- and long-term departmental goals, policies and procedures; monitors effectiveness.
• Oversees department performance, records, and reports with confidentiality.
• Manages staff performance and development within area of responsibility.
