Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and create a memorable first impression.
• Escort and seat guests efficiently while managing dining room flow.
• Manage dining reservations in person and by phone.
• Maintain accurate reservation information and communicate guest needs clearly.
• Coordinate and deliver room service orders with warmth and attention to detail.
• Monitor guest experience and proactively address needs when possible.
• Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and culinary staff.
• Support the dining room team as needed.
