Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests courteously at the host stand or door.
• Monitor server performance to ensure smooth service during dining.
• Observe proper telephone etiquette.
• Handle reservations through OpenTable, including VIPs.
• Organize reservations and optimize seating and staffing.
• Maintain POS procedures and flow of service to standards.
• Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and assist with duties as needed.
