Responsibilities

• Keep dish, trash, and floors areas clean and organized to health standards.
• Maintain dish machine and chemicals filled and functioning.
• Report malfunctions to the Restaurant Manager or Executive Chef.
• Keep chemical testers on hand.
• Know how to use sanitizing materials used for cleaning.
• Organize dish area with all solutions for pots, pans, sinks, and silverware.
• Maintain pace for washing all pots, pans, dishes, flatware, and glassware.
• Uphold health and sanitation standards as directed by Neiman Marcus and auditors.
