• 2-4 years of relevant restaurant management or hospitality leadership experience.

• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and modern POS/inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant strategy and administration, ensuring premium quality, ambiance, cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
• Drive financial and performance metrics, including forecasting and P&L awareness.
• Lead, coach, and develop restaurant Associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Communicate effectively with General Manager, Executive Chef, and corporate partners to align on priorities and events.
