Hilton’s Waldorf Astoria Maui is seeking a Utility Steward to join the Stewarding team. You will help keep kitchen areas spotless and support event setups while upholding the light and warmth of hospitality that our brand stands for.

As a member of the Hilton family on Maui, you’ll work with a dedicated team in a Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond environment, delivering memorable experiences for guests and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keep chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils spotless and burnish silverware.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure supplies and equipment are well stocked.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness including mopping and trash removal.
• Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and events.
• Train and mentor team members to strengthen performance.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
