Fairmont Orchid on Hawai‘i Island is seeking a Limo/Shuttle Driver to transport guests within the resort and surrounding areas. You will provide warm, personalized service in a luxury, fast-paced setting, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction throughout the stay.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver's license, excellent English skills, and a customer-focused mindset. The role includes hospitality-driven responsibilities and may involve supporting other departments during peak times.

Qualifications

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
• Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Detailed & service oriented with an eye for detail to be self-motivated and energetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation to hotel guests to and from various locations throughout the property.
• Assist guests during their stay with transportation throughout the Mauna Lani resort.
• Provide warm, personal and detailed service in a luxury, upscale environment.
• Ensure a positive first impression through cleanliness and ambiance control.
• Remember names and preferences to extend personalized service.
• Coordinate group activity movements including off-site excursions and golf transportation.
