The role emphasizes hospitality, strong communication, and a proactive approach to guest safety in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is often required.

Qualifications

• Previous driving, transportation, shuttle, or customer service experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate hotel shuttle vans and transportation vehicles according to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, friendly shuttle transportation for hotel guests to airports, attractions, and designated destinations.
• Greet guests and assist with luggage handling during arrivals and departures.
• Maintain knowledge of local roads, airports, routes, and attractions.
• Keep shuttle vehicles clean, fueled, and guest-ready.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and other teams to ensure seamless guest transportation.
