Job summary

Barnsley Resort is seeking a Server to join our hospitality team in a fast-paced dining environment. You will greet guests, guide them through the menu, take and relay orders, and deliver food and beverages with accuracy and flair.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, fluent in English, and able to multitask while maintaining high standards of service. Weekend and holiday availability is required for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Guide guests through the menu, provide recommendations and answer questions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely, professional manner.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.
• Clear tables and maintain a clean dining area.
• Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
