Job summary

Pier Sixty-Six Resort, managed by Coral Tree Hospitality, in Fort Lauderdale, seeks a Safety & Security Officer to provide professional security services across the property. Reporting to Security leadership, you will monitor CCTV, life safety systems, and respond to incidents to protect guests, residents, and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ year experience in luxury resort or equivalent preferred.
• Able to communicate in English; second language a plus.
• Flexible schedules including holidays and weekends; capable of multitasking.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• First Aid/CPR certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security of guests, team members, patrons, and visitors.
• Assist guests to their rooms per hotel standards.
• Maintain surveillance of resort areas and CCTV systems.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies promptly.
• Complete incident reports accurately and timely.
• Manage keys and supervise packages and belongings.
