Job summary

Canyon Ranch Austin is seeking professional Loss Prevention Officers to protect resort assets and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests and colleagues. You will monitor property activity, support emergency response, and uphold luxury hospitality standards while remaining observant, dependable, and approachable.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, a DPS Non-Commissioned Security license, and experience in hospitality security or related fields.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• DPS Non-Commissioned Security license required.
• Hospitality security, law enforcement, military, customer service, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and walk extended distances in a large resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Patrol guest areas, wellness facilities, parking, trails and back-of-house spaces to ensure safety.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, alarms and security equipment.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, incidents, and safety concerns.
• Assist with investigations and incident reporting.
• Support key control, access management and credential verification.
