Responsabilités

• Prepare pastries, breads and mise en place per Chef's specifications.
• Submit production needs for following day by shift end.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work environment.
• Follow recipes and standards for product preparation.
• Cook food to order and at requested temperatures.
• Check food quality and freshness daily.
• Plate dishes to chef's specifications.
• Complete opening and closing checklists each shift.
• Set up workstations with mise en place.
• Demonstrate knife skills and safe operation of kitchen equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
