Ideal candidate has 7–10 years in high-end restaurant leadership, strong P&L skills, and a track record of developing leaders. A Bachelor’s in Hospitality/Business is preferred; the position offers growth in a premier resort portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive food & beverage leadership experience.
• 3–5 years leading multiple restaurant concepts or high-volume outlets.
• Experience managing upscale, luxury hotel, resort, or destination dining operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for resort food & beverage outlets, focusing on Lorea and Treehouse.
• Mentor and coach restaurant managers and outlet leadership teams.
• Maintain exceptional service standards across meal periods and guest touchpoints.
• Enforce SOPs, service standards, and training programs to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with Culinary leadership to align kitchen and front-of-house operations.
• Drive revenue growth through programming, partnerships, and guest experiences.
• Monitor labor productivity and cost controls to maximize efficiency.
