Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts' L’Auberge Del Mar is seeking an Operations Coordinator to work closely with Housekeeping and Engineering. You’ll handle invoices, champion the Alice guest-request system and coordinate projects while delivering exceptional service to guests.

Ideal candidates will be strong communicators, bilingual in English and Spanish, able to multitask, and comfortable in a fast-paced hotel environment with physical duties and guest interaction.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods around the property.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Experience supporting housekeeping, engineering or reservations teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices for Housekeeping and Engineering.
• Champion Alice system, our guest request program.
• Coordinate projects and timelines.
• Log and follow up on guest requests.
• Support reservations team.
