Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Marketing Manager for the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix. You will drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and on-property channels to raise awareness, engagement, and revenue for the resort, dining, spa, and events.

You will partner with Food & Beverage leadership to align marketing plans with hospitality offerings, protect the brand voice, and explore local partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing or public relations.
• Minimum 2 years marketing experience in luxury hospitality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute integrated resort marketing strategies across digital, social, email, web, and on-property channels.
• Protect and evolve the resort's distinctive voice and visual identity.
• Develop campaigns for guestrooms, dining, spa, events and meetings to drive revenue.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage leadership on marketing plans for Arizona Biltmore restaurants and experiences.
• Lead social media strategy and partner content to extend brand reach.
