Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Jr Sous Chef for the West Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa to join our luxury resort kitchen team. You will support culinary leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality experiences for guests and assist in daily operations across assigned stations.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in luxury resort kitchens, a culinary degree or diploma, and ServSafe/food handler certifications are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3-4 years of culinary experience as Jr Sous Chef in luxury resort kitchens.
• Culinary degree or diploma required.
• ServSafe and Food Handler certifications preferred.
• Knife skills and ability to operate kitchen equipment.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and clean kitchen maintenance.
• Ability to work under pressure in confined spaces.
• Knowledge of food cost management and waste reduction.
• Ability to stand for extended hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
