Job summary

Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa in the Texas Hill Country is hiring a Purchasing Clerk to maintain daily food, beverage, and storeroom operations with strong inventory control. You will ensure timely distribution to hotel departments and uphold service standards in a luxury hospitality setting.

Responsibilities include receiving and stocking goods, organizing storerooms, ensuring FIFO, and assisting with monthly inventories while adhering to Omni policies and health regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing/receiving and/or hotel operations is preferred.
• Customer service oriented with teamwork.
• Able to work in fast paced environment and multitask.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken.
• Detail-oriented and organized; accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and issue food, beverage, and general storeroom items.
• Inspect delivered goods and stock merchandise.
• Keep storeroom organized and FIFO rotation awareness.
• Assist in pricing and dating groceries and canned goods.
• Follow storeroom hours and close procedures.
• Assist with end-of-month inventories and requisitions.
