Job summary

Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection, in Napa Valley, seeks a Housekeeping Coordinator to orchestrate cleaning schedules, assignments, and guest satisfaction. You will coordinate daily tasks, track room readiness, and liaise with Ranch House and other departments to ensure timely, personalized service.

The role requires at least one year of housekeeping experience, and the ability to read and write in English, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open the department in the morning shift and provide occasional support to the PM team.
• Print reports and create daily work assignments for Room Attendant and Turndown Attendant in Alice systems.
• Issue daily work assignments to floor Attendants, Housemen and Supervisors.
• Develop and manage cleaning schedules for housekeeping staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to address guest requests and special requirements.
• Ensure special set ups in guestrooms and movement are highlighted on assignments.
• Follow up with Ranch House to update room status and complete requests.
• Monitor service requests from guests and follow up timely.
• Enter glitch reports in Alice and track resolution.
• Monitor stayover and arrival room status and adjust assignments to clean by 4:00 PM.
• Manage department staffing and inform leadership of adjustments.
• Conduct inventories of housekeeping supplies and submit Purchase Orders.
• Maintain tracking sheets for staff productivity.
• Scan minibar and laundry charges to guest services.
• Maintain cleanliness in housekeeping areas.
• Manage housekeeping communications via WhatsApp.
