Responsibilities

• Ensure occupied and vacant guestrooms are cleaned to standard as demonstrated by Housekeeping supervisory staff during training.
• Remove trash, linen, terry and personal items from previous guest.
• Thorough cleaning of guestrooms properly using provided chemicals and equipment.
• Arrange toiletries, clothing and guest items to standard.
• Replenish all amenities and terry items.
• Make bed to meet appearance standards.
• Remove all room service trays and items from public areas and request removal.
• Double check cleanliness of completed work area and placement of amenities in each guestroom.
• Recognize and report all missing, damaged or substandard furniture, fixtures and equipment.
• Ensure electronic devices are working properly.
• Maintain updated status of assigned rooms and input into guest profiles.
• Organize supply closets and work areas to meet efficient standards.
• Return items left by guests to Lost & Found per policy.
