Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests from arrival to departure.
• Assist with check‑in/out, luggage, and room/property tours.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and reservations by phone or in person.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest requests and amenities.
• Promote and upsell Reserve amenities and packages.
• Maintain accurate records, cash handling, and folios.
