Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. Equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality and customer service.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Excellent English verbal, written, and communication skills.
• Computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and customers with a friendly welcome.
• Ensure bank, system login and music are ready before shift.
• Provide information on hours and merchandise.
• Sell merchandise and take special orders.
• Use guest names and verify membership numbers.
• Process credit cards, cash, vouchers and other payments.
• Answer calls with clear English and retrieve merchandise for the shop.
• Follow cash handling procedures and record all sales accurately.
• Resolve guest issues within guidelines.
• Be knowledgeable about The Sanctuary Spa services and products.
• Maintain cleanliness of the boutique area.
• Attend staff meetings and product knowledge classes.
• Assist service providers in selling products from recommendations.
