Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager for Naples Grande Beach Resort in Naples, Florida. You will guide the engineering team through reopening after renovation, ensuring all systems are safe, reliable, and guest-ready while coordinating with owners, management, and contractors.

We value leadership, hands-on technical capability, and a track record of delivering maintenance excellence in luxury hotels.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of engineering/facilities experience in a hotel/resort setting.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills.
Experience with large-scale renovations or pre-opening efforts in luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

Support Director of Engineering in reopening plan and operations.
Coordinate with owners, General Management, renovation teams, vendors, and leadership.
Monitor punch-list items, commissioning, and turnover of renovated systems.
Establish preventive maintenance programs and operating procedures.
Lead and develop the Engineering team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
