Freestone Lake and Golf Club in Fairfield, Texas, seeks an experienced Bartender – Fine Dining to deliver exceptional service in a refined resort setting. This full-time, non-exempt role operates in a no-tipping environment, with an hourly pay class and a $30.00 pay rate.

The bartender will verify ages, mix cocktails, handle payments, and build rapport with guests while maintaining brand standards and providing personalized guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• TABC certification within 30 days at company expense.
• Knowledge of alcohol laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of mixology for cocktails.
• 1–2 years of experience in a high-end bartending role.
• Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness.
• Ability to enforce company policies regarding alcohol consumption.
• Inventory management and payment processing.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Promote and uphold the Freestone Lake and Golf Club brand and values.
• Verify customer ages.
• Mix traditional cocktails.
• Process payments.
• Clean glasses and bar utensils.
• Make recommendations based on customer tastes and preferences.
• Record and balance cash receipts and prepare deposits.
• Open and maintain tabs during shift.
• Build rapport with regulars to create a positive atmosphere.
