Balli Group, a boutique luxury design-build firm in South Florida, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-end residential construction from planning through completion.

You will coordinate budgets, schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and client relations, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality. This role requires strong leadership, proactive problem solving, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a Project Manager, Construction Manager, Superintendent, or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of construction budgeting, scheduling, and project management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Reliable, dependable, and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Coordinate all phases of construction from permitting through project completion.
• Track milestones, deadlines, and critical path activities.
• Anticipate potential delays and proactively implement solutions.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets.
• Review proposals, contracts, and subcontract agreements.
• Manage change orders and budget adjustments.
• Coordinate with leadership regarding project financial performance.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits and inspections.
• Monitor project progress and workmanship quality.
• Coordinate punch list completion and project closeout activities.
• Serve as primary client contact and provide regular updates.
• Coordinate meetings and maintain professional communication with stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and maintain meeting records.
• Foster accountability and a collaborative work environment.
