You will oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and client satisfaction while guiding field teams and subcontractors to deliver on-time, on-budget results. Based in Wynwood with regular site visits, this role requires strong leadership, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication to coordinate stakeholders and ensure safety, quality, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of proven experience as a Project Manager for GC projects.
• Experience with high-end restaurant, retail, or commercial office projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Review contracts, manage change orders, and oversee subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, log RFIs, submittals, and closeout deliverables.
• Lead Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings and maintain action item logs.
• Coordinate with field teams and subcontractors to meet milestones and budgets.
