Jobot seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee luxury single-family residential construction from planning through completion in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project quality to meet the highest standards on projects ranging from $3M to $15M+.

The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and has a proven track record in luxury homes and complex coordination across trades and partners.

Qualifications

• Proven luxury residential construction experience at a senior level.
• Experience managing high-value single-family homes ($3M+).
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of luxury single-family residential projects valued at $3M–$15M+.
• Develop and manage project plans, site logistics, budgets, and schedules.
• Monitor progress, ensure on-time delivery within budget and to specifications.
• Maintain detailed project records and coordinate across trades and stakeholders.
• Partner with field teams, architects, designers, and clients to sustain momentum.
