Job summary

Discovery Land Company seeks a Senior Project Manager for Atlantic Fields, outside Hobe Sound, FL. You will manage high-end luxury residential and related commercial projects, ensuring budget, schedule, quality, and owner expectations are met from start to finish.

The role requires overseeing GC performance, procurement, and coordination with stakeholders, while leveraging Procore and other CM tools to monitor change orders, RFIs, and submittals. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in field applicable to position.
• Minimum 8 years working history applicable to position.
• Procore experience preferred.
• Luxury residential construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the General Contractor for project budgets, schedules, and quality.
• Coordinate client communications during the home building process and with project stakeholders.
• Schedule and conduct all client meetings and on-site discussions on budget and timeline.
• Track milestone schedules, procurement logs, and delivery dates for all projects.
• Ensure subcontractor, material, and labor vendors alignment with project goals and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain cleanliness and proper material management.
