Discovery Land Co. is seeking a Sr. Project Manager in Hobe Sound, FL, to oversee high-end luxury residential projects. You will manage the General Contractors to ensure all projects meet Discovery's standards across budget, schedule, and quality.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on luxury construction. This full-time position offers competitive benefits and a chance to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years work experience applicable to position.
• Strong preference for candidates with luxury residential construction experience.
• Construction Management certification, or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Prepare and direct weekly meetings with project stakeholders.
