Job summary

AlphaGov seeks an experienced Senior Site Superintendent / Project Manager to lead luxury residential projects across Greater Boston. You will supervise on-site work, manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations from preconstruction to handover.

The role requires deep experience with custom homes, renovations, or historic properties and the leadership to guide complex teams. You will coordinate subcontractors, architects, and homeowners, ensure safety and quality, maintain permits, and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of construction experience with increasing levels of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Oversee daily jobsite operations, safety, workmanship, and quality.
• Develop and manage schedules, sequencing, and site logistics.
• Coordinate subcontractors, architects, designers, inspectors, and homeowners.
• Interpret plans, specs, and contracts to establish field work plans.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, permits, inspections, change orders, and reports.
• Lead site meetings and track progress against milestones.
• Maintain budgets, labor productivity, and material usage.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safe, organized jobsites.
• Maintain strong relationships with homeowners and design teams.
