Job summary

Discovery Land Company’s Maverick Golf & Ranch Club in Fort Worth, TX seeks an Assistant Project/Warranty Manager to join the Construction/Development Department. You will assist in managing residential construction projects, coordinating budgets, procurement, and schedule data while supporting client communications throughout the build.

The role emphasizes Procore-based management, collaboration with design teams, and leadership of field activities, with a focus on quality and timely delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Construction Management certification preferred.
• Procore Certification preferred.
• OSHA 30 experience.
• Minimum 5 years in related field.
• Luxury residential construction experience preferred; commercial experience ok.
• Familiarity with Sage Timberline.
• Competent with Word, Excel, Publisher, Project, Visio.
• Knowledge of residential horizontal construction phases.
• Familiarity with CSI cost-code divisions.
• Experience working independently and in teams.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in estimating, bidding, budgeting, and cost control for projects.
• Support client communications during home construction.
• Use Procore across the build cycle to manage data quality.
• Maintain budgets and schedules as directed by the PM.
• Lead more on tasks as directed by PMs.
• Coordinate procurement logs, buyouts, deliveries, and schedules.
• Track milestones and delivery dates for assigned projects.
• Mentor and supervise project team members and contractors.
• Ensure site cleanliness and material management.
• Perform field inspections and safety walks.
• Review subcontractor scopes and documents with team.
