Job summary

Discovery Land Company seeks an Assistant Project Manager – Amenity Construction to support planning, coordination, and execution of luxury amenity projects such as clubhouses, F&B venues, wellness facilities, and member-facing spaces.

You will collaborate with Construction, Development, Design, and Operations teams, as well as external consultants, contractors, and vendors, ensuring work aligns with budgets, schedules, quality standards, and design intent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of construction experience in luxury hospitality, resort, or amenity projects.
• Construction management tools and software (Procore, Sage Timberline, CSI cost-codes) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of amenity construction projects (clubhouses, F&B venues, wellness facilities, and recreation spaces).
• Support estimating, budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting for projects.
