Royale Company in Boston is seeking a reliable janitorial professional to keep lobbies, hallways and entrances clean and welcoming for residents in luxury buildings. Training is provided, and you will work full-time on day shifts.

You will perform duties such as sweeping, mopping, trash and recycling, and maintaining a neat front desk area. Weekend and holiday shifts may apply; background checks are required. Growth opportunities into building operations roles are available.

Qualifications

• Janitorial or building cleaning experience is preferred, ideally more than one year.
• Reliability and punctuality
• A friendly manner and a neat, presentable appearance with residents and guests
• Background check required (at our cost)

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop and clean lobbies, hallways, stairwells and other common areas.
• Collect and take out trash and recycling
• Keep entrances and the front desk area clean and tidy
