Job summary
Four Seasons Resorts Orlando is seeking an Engineering Manager to support the Director of Engineering in daily operations, preventive maintenance, and asset preservation for the luxury residential property. You will coordinate resident services, vendor services, and building maintenance programs to ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to Four Seasons standards.
The role combines technical oversight with resident-focused service, supervises maintenance activities, and may require after-hours
Qualifications
- Experience leading building operations and resident-focused service.
- Ability to coordinate multiple vendors and in-house teams.
- Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and safety compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily engineering operations and coordinate maintenance programs.
- Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life-safety systems, and general building equipment.
- Manage 3rd party vendors, contracts, and service providers.
- Respond to emergencies and support resident service requests.
- Maintain records, preventive maintenance schedules, and budgets.
- Collaborate with Residential Operations and other departments.
