Job summary

Homes by C.M. Watson is seeking a dependable Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on custom residential projects in Central Indiana.

You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, and uphold safety and quality standards throughout remodels, additions, and new builds, working closely with the Project Manager. This on-site role requires proactive leadership, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to changing schedules while using Buildertrend and other field

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction or remodeling with supervision of subcontractors.
• Ability to read plans, specs, and construction documents.
• Proven commitment to quality craftsmanship and safety standards.
• Strong initiative, accountability, and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily jobsite operations for custom homes and remodels.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, inspections, and site activities.
• Maintain project schedules with the Project Manager and resolve delays.
• Ensure workmanship meets company quality standards and specs.
• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe; report progress regularly.
• Review documents, selections, change orders, and construction details.
• Document site conditions and progress using Buildertrend and CompanyCam.
• Assist with hands-on tasks when needed to keep projects moving.
