Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, and vendors, while coordinating with clients, architects, and the design team. A degree in CM/Engineering and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience managing residential construction projects.
• Strong understanding of high-end residential construction standards, materials, and finishes.
• Ability to manage both project planning and field coordination effectively.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all phases of luxury residential construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Estimate costs, track expenses, and manage financial performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors for high-quality execution.
• Monitor site activities to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to plans.
• Provide regular project updates to clients with reports and documentation.
• Manage changes in scope and adjust schedules and budgets accordingly.
• Oversee submittal and approval process between subcontractors, suppliers, and design team.
