Diego Handcrafted Homes, an Albuquerque-based luxury design/build specialist, seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead high-end residential builds from pre-construction through owner occupancy.

You will own projects directly with the company owner, coordinating trades, schedules, budgets, and quality to deliver bespoke homes on time and within budget, with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on experience managing custom home construction projects from initial groundbreaking to owner occupancy.
• Strong working knowledge of residential construction methods, building codes, and high-end material application.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate sub-contractors, manage project schedules, and maintain detailed job site logistics.
• Exceptional communication skills for managing client relations, architect collaborations, and trade partner expectations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily field operations, trade partners, and schedules to deliver luxury homes on time and within budget.
• Drive pre-construction planning, material procurement, and subcontractor scheduling for continuity.
• Communicate with homeowners, architects, and leadership to ensure design visions are executed flawlessly.
• Inspect work to enforce quality control and craftsmanship across trades.
• Resolve on-site challenges to protect project timelines and budgets.
• Monitor budgets, approve change orders, and track performance metrics.
