Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking a dedicated Butler to anticipate and fulfill residents’ personal needs in a luxury environment. You will act as a liaison, maintain discretion, and provide five-star service across domestic tasks, errands, and event arrangements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management, at least 3 years as a Butler/Assistant Butler, and proficiency with office software. Candidates should be organized, presentable, and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is required.
• Previous working experience as a Butler or Assistant Butler; minimum 3 years of experience.
• Working knowledge with computers and software used in an office environment.
• Must be able to communicate well and convey information and ideas clearly.
• Must be creative and enjoy creating a luxury lifestyle that is fun and safe for residents.
• Must consistently exhibit the CAN-DO attitude.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the owner/resident’s liaison between all aspects of the association.
• Respect all owner/residents’ privacy, information, perspective, priorities, times, and resources.
• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Attend to owner/resident’s personal and domestic needs including packing and unpacking of luggage and personal shopping.
• Accompany the owner/resident on outings if desired.
• Responsible for the overall care of the owner/resident’s unit including cleanliness and maintenance.
• Prepare the unit for owner/resident arrival, stocking items as needed.
• Launder, fold and iron owner/resident’s clothes as requested.
• General upkeep and housekeeping services as requested.
• Make reservations for dining, events, or similar, and confirm reservations.
• Arrange for special requests such as travel, hotels, tickets, and transportation.
• Maintain regular attendance and professional appearance.
• Provide quality service to residents and guests.
