Job summary

Luxury Simplified Retreats is seeking a hands-on Recreation Manager to oversee our fleet of golf carts, bikes, and recreational equipment at Palmetto Bluff properties. You will manage day-to-day recreation assets, track inventory, and ensure pristine equipment for guests.

Qualifications

• Strong technical computer skills on laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Flexible hours, weekends and holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of all golf carts and ensure tracking at all times.
• Ensure each golf cart has an air tag and monitor locations.
• Perform monthly inspections and document in Breezeway.
• Clean, refuel, and deliver golf carts as required.
• Inventory bikes and ensure return of assets to facility.
• Assess and coordinate repairs for company bikes after each use.
• Inspect and clean helmets.
• Inventory all recreation equipment after guest use (e.g., cornhole boards, outdoor movie screen equipment, burleys, pickleball equipment, tennis equipment).
• Maintain delivery equipment cleanliness and maintenance (e.g. side-by-side and company truck).
