Vestahome is seeking a full-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified meetings for our luxury home staging and interior design sales team.

The role focuses on high-activity outbound outreach to luxury real estate agents, developers, and builders, building early relationships and a robust pipeline for Account Executives. You will work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, making 40-60 calls daily and multi-channel outreach.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years in a BDR/SDR or outbound sales role
• Experience selling to real estate professionals preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication
• Based in the United States or able to work U.S. business hours
• Strong organizational skills and a process-oriented mindset
• Proficient with CRM and sales-engagement tools

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (40-60+ calls per day)
• Qualify inbound leads and set qualified meetings for Account Executives
• Engage prospects via email and LinkedIn, build target account lists
• Maintain CRM data, track metrics and pipeline health
• Represent brand professionally in early-stage conversations
