RexMont Real Estate is seeking a senior real estate broker to capitalize on RexMont's lead-generation ecosystem, focusing on luxury and high-volume transactions in the Seattle/Bellevue area. You will work with a broker, use provided leads, and benefit from regular coaching and direct access to leadership.

This commission-only role pays 40% on buyer-side and 35% on seller-side commissions, with a track record of 100+ closed deals and $50M+ volume preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State real estate broker or managing broker license with several years of practice.
• Production at or near 100+ closed transactions and $50M+ in verified volume.
• Experience handling luxury and large-volume real estate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Utilize RexMont's supplied leads (database, inbound calls, AI qualifiers) to set appointments.
• Manage luxury and high-volume transactions from lead to close.
• Collaborate closely with the designated broker and receive coaching twice a week.
• Operate within RexMont Real Estate's agent dashboard and systems to optimize performance.
