Our client, a prominent South Florida real estate development and investment firm based in Coconut Grove, is seeking a talented, hands-on Graphic Designer to join its in-house Marketing team.

The ideal candidate has refined aesthetic, exceptional design instincts and a portfolio that demonstrates sophisticated, elevated and minimalistic creative. Experience in luxury branding and real estate is highly desirable.

Competenze

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Experience in real estate marketing or luxury branding is highly desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong typography, layout and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Design and produce marketing materials across print and digital platforms.
• Develop elevated creative reflecting luxury real estate branding.
• Translate briefs into design concepts and visual presentations.
• Create polished presentations for developments, pitches and meetings.
• Maintain brand identities across multiple projects and touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing leaders and external agencies to deliver projects.
• Prepare final artwork for print and digital production and ensure accuracy.
