Job summary

Inhabit Collective in San Clemente seeks a Brand & Editorial Designer to join full-time in our office. You’ll shape the visual voice across print and digital, from brochures to social campaigns, collaborating with co-founders and agents.

You should have a sharp eye for typography, editorial layouts and luxury branding, with proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop to deliver production-ready work.

Qualifications

• Strong typographic sense and editorial design skills.
• Ability to craft layouts for print and digital platforms.
• Experience delivering production-ready artwork.

Responsibilities

• Design luxury property brochures, listing presentations, postcards, signage and print collateral.
• Create editorial-inspired social media content, digital campaigns and branded materials.
• Support agent branding while maintaining Inhabit Collective's visual identity.
• Develop thoughtful layouts using typography, photography, composition and white space.
• Prepare production-ready artwork for in-house and professional printing.
• Contribute to newsletters, website content, community storytelling and editorial projects.
• Collaborate with agents, photographers and creative partners while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
