Qualifications

• Two years of residential leasing/management experience.
• Fluent reading and writing in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, maintenance, and service operations via supervisors.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and manage finances.
• Supervise on-site staff and office operations.
• Lead leasing presentations and close leases.
• Maintain property appearance and marketing strategies.
