RHO Residential in Roseland, NJ, is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to manage accounting duties for a portfolio of residential properties under minimal supervision. The role supports monthly financial statements and management reports, building strong working relationships with properties and upper management.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting and 3–5 years in real estate management are required; knowledge of GAAP and Yardi is essential.

Compensation:$70-90K annual plus potential discretionary bonus.
Summary: The Senior Property Accountant will, under minimal supervision, perform accounting functions and duties for a portfolio of owned, managed, or joint-ventured residential properties. The Senior Property Accountant will actively participate in the preparation of the monthly financial statements and management reports for each property. They will establish and maintain a working relationship with the properties and upper management.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
Candidates will possess 3-5 years’ experience in a real estate management environment
Public accounting experience preferred
